except for the heater that need checking and the lower corner of my balcony is broken off
that needs fixing but the rest is super. Just 2 walls need painting and all the wiring is going to
be replaced, a state of the art alarm installation is coming in (with fire alarm), new cat5e wiring,
new locks on all the outside doors and a new floor for the whole apartment. I hope to get everything
done in 1 to 1,5 months I really want to move in.

But my advisor is super i was not able to do this on my own. I hope to get everything fix within the next 2 weeks
