Home inspection

Last night i had the final inspection of my new home and all looks well
except for the heater that need checking and the lower corner of my balcony is broken off
that needs fixing but the rest is super. Just 2 walls need painting and all the wiring is going to
be replaced, a state of the art alarm installation is coming in (with fire alarm), new cat5e wiring,
new locks on all the outside doors and a new floor for the whole apartment. I hope to get everything
done in 1 to 1,5 months I really want to move in.
